Terms of Sale

Our pieces

• Each piece is made to order with the options you choose. Please check your metal, gold, color, plating, length and size before you pay.
• Photos are representative. Because pieces are finished by hand, slight variations in finish, weight and color are normal and are not defects. Screens also show colors differently.
• Sterling silver is 925 silver. Real gold is solid 10k or 14k gold. Our gold chains are hollow, which makes them lighter than solid chains of the same size.
• Gold plating is a thin layer of gold over sterling silver. It wears gradually with time and contact with water, chemicals and skin, and this normal wear is not a defect.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Sales tax is added where required by law, based on your shipping address. Your full total, including shipping and tax, is shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
• If a price or product is listed in error, or an order appears fraudulent, we may cancel it before it ships and refund your payment in full.

Making and shipping

• Please allow 3 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Shipping times quoted by carriers are estimates, not guarantees.
• We ship within the United States only. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
• Once the carrier confirms delivery to your address, the risk of loss passes to you. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

All sales final; exchanges

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, including for a change of mind. We exchange pieces for defects, wrong items or sizing, requested and sent back within 7 days of delivery (we ship the exchanged piece to you at no cost), as set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms. If something is wrong

Please contact us at concierge@ferdeon.com first so we can make it right. We answer every message. If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us, we'll provide your order details and your agreement to these terms to the payment processor.

Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship: if your piece has a manufacturing defect when it arrives, we'll exchange it under our Shipping & Returns policy. Except for that, and to the extent the law allows, our pieces are sold as is, without other warranties. Damage from wear, accidents, misuse, resizing or repairs by others is not covered.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, FERDÉON's total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.
